  • What is your turnover for smaller quantities, (e.g 1-5 units per design)?
    First of all there is NO MOQ condition, you can order 1 piece of each design. We complete orders generally in 2 week to 4 weeks depend on the order size and complexities of designs selected. Custom designs take at least 2 weeks and more.
  • Of the items we select may we have high quality photos to show our clients?
    Yes, it is possible up to certain quantity. We provide Photo for real product once your order is ready. Initially we will give you photo from catalogue. That is also of good quality. We would have to discuss your requirement to provide this facility to you.
  • If we wanted to substitute different gemstones in a few of your designs, would that be possible and expensive?
    Different gemstones in any design is always possible. The price will vary as Jewellery prices are based on Gemstone and metal both, so if the gemstone changes, the price eventually changes.
  • If we inquire about a design of yours that has no listed price how long will it take to get us costings?
    We try to get back to you with the quotation as soon as possible, but it won’t take more than a day.
  • How do you ship? Are you willing to state lower costing for customs purposes? Shipping mode will be your choice?
    We use EMS POST / FedEx / UPS / DHL / UBX / ARAMAX or any other courier to ship. Whatever is suitable for you, you can suggest us. Shipping charges depend on order quantity. All shipping companies deliver package by weight so bigger the order more the shipping charges. However, our website indicates the shipping charges while you checkout your order.
  • How are they packed--poly bags?
    Each piece is packed in Ploy zip bag. Poly Bags with items will be put in a Tin Box for proper safety as we understand that is very important.
  • They are stamped 925 correct?
    Yes, each piece is 925 stamped. Also, items are made of PURE 925 Sterling Silver. If you have any brand name, we can also stamp/print that name on your ordered jewellery.
  • What forms of payment do you accept, (TT, Western Union)?
    We accept payment by TT or Pay Pal.
  • Are your items real silver?
    Yes, our items are .925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish unless otherwise noted on the product description.
  • What is Sterling Silver?
    Silver is a precious metal and, much like gold, is too fine to be utilized in a 100% pure form. To make it durable enough for use in jewellery, pure silver, which has a .999 fineness (99.9%), is often alloyed with small quantities of copper (7.5%). The copper is added to strengthen the silver and the resulting product is .925 sterling silver (92.5%). This alloy is strong enough to be used in jewellery.
  • What is Rhodium and Rhodium finish?
    Rhodium is a metal that is a member of the platinum family. In its natural state Rhodium is found to be liquid, not solid like platinum. In its liquid state Rhodium can be applied to gold, sterling silver, base metals or other alloys to give it the shiny white surface of platinum but at a fraction of the cost. The rhodium coats the silver to enhance shine and durability. This metal top layer is usually applied using a process known as electroplating.
  • Can we get our jewellery gold/ rose gold plated?
    Yes. We have proper plating plant for these kinds of requirements.
  • Do you guaranteed the quality of gold/ rose gold plated jewellery?
    We follow the best possible process there exists, but plated jewellery can be easily affected by the surrounding environment. (e.g.: humid etc.). But any condition happens to exist like this, we will replace the jewellery pieces, If and only if, our returns and liability terms and conditions are met.
  • What are the stones made of?
    Sizzling Silver uses natural semiprecious gemstones as well us lab created stones based on customer's requirements.
  • How do I clean my jewellery?
    We recommend using a silver polishing cloth. We do NOT recommend cleaning the items with liquid sterling silver cleaner or silver polish. If the items are exposed to these cleaning products the rhodium finish will be damaged.
  • Can I wear my item while washing my hands (In the shower, etc.)?
    It is not advisable to get your jewellery wet. Soaps and lotions can cause build up on the stones reducing brilliance. Also, common household chemicals such as anti-bacterial soap can cause the Rhodium finish to be worn away. A good common rule to follow with jewellery is: Last thing to put on before you leave and the first thing to take off when you get home.
  • Will these rings turn my finger green?
    No, in almost all cases, these rings will not turn your finger green. However, if a person has a naturally high acidity level to their skin, it is possible for their finger to "turn green" from silver or gold jewellery, especially when the weather is warm and humid. This "green finger effect" may also be an allergic reaction to alloy elements in sterling silver or gold. In some cases, the alloys used to make jewellery more durable, may react with your body chemistry, causing a harmless green or black discoloration on the skin. The rhodium plating that can be found on many of our pieces serves not only to make the jewellery look beautiful but also acts as a defensive layer, preventing this reaction from happening. A good common rule to follow with jewellery is: Last thing to put on before you leave and the first thing to take off when you get home.
  • What do I do if I received my items damaged?
    We're sorry to hear about your issue with the item that you ordered. We do our very best to provide our customers with beautiful, quality products that they'll enjoy. While we do thoroughly inspect our items before shipping, it has been found on rare occasions that, during transport in rough conditions, stones can be lost and items may be damaged. If you receive an item that is missing a stone or has been damaged in some other way, please contact us as soon as possible. Visit our contact us page for contact information.
  • Can I have a ring sized?
    We do not recommend sizing the item because the heat that it takes to size the item could possibly alter the quality of the gemstones. If you do decide to have your ring sized by a professional jeweller, once the ring has been altered it cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    We try to finish orders from 2 week to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order. Please note that weekends, bank and/or government (non-mail) holidays and major holidays are NOT included as business days.
  • What are FedEx Holidays?
    FedEx does NOT deliver on these holidays: Memorial Day Independence Day Labour Day Thanksgiving Christmas New Year
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. For shipping cost refer shipping cost list above plus whatever duties and taxes you may incur. Average international shipping time is 10 to 15 business days.
  • From where is my order being shipped?
    All orders are shipped from our factory warehouse located in the city of Jaipur, India.
  • How long will it take to process and ship my order?
    We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. We try to complete orders from 2 week to 4 weeks, depending on the order size.
  • When are orders shipped?
    Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped out on weekends or holidays.
  • How can I place an order?

  • Is it safe to submit my credit card information on your website?
    Yes, we use completely safe payment gateways to make sure that your confidential information is secured.
  • Do you offer a wholesale program?
    Yes, we only offer wholesale programs to brand owners/ wholesale buyers/ retailers

  • How often is there a new catalogue available?

  • Does your catalogue consist of all the items you carry?
    No, we have an extensive range of designs and we are constantly updating the new designs.
  • Are the prices in the catalogue set prices?
    The prices in the catalogue are subject to change without notice. All updated prices will be located on our website price page which we send you after making sure that you are a genuine customer. Prices of items depend on the silver price at that moment.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    No, as we are direct manufacturers, we sell directly from our factory to our wholesalers or brand owners.
  • Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
    Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • Colours
    Manufactured stone can slightly differ in saturation, tone, and hue from time to time during production. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
